| Warranty for 5yr. or 100,000 actual miles on odometer! Warranty starts day of sale for 5 years or 100,000 miles on odometer which ever comes first! Items covered: motors, transmissions, front & rear axels, transfer case, air conditioning, oxygen sensors, fuel pumps & injectors, wiper motors, alternator, water pumps, cruise control, radiator, heater core, coils & electrical items, master cylinder, a/c condenser, windshield washer pumps, wheel bearing, front suspension (if it? out of factory tolerance),struts, ( much more is covered these are some examples of the major components! ) Not covered: normal wear or maintenance items, tires, brake pads & rotors, belts, hoses, filters, oil leaks or consumption, spark plugs & wires, exhaust, low refrigerant in a/c compressor, interior cloth, carpet, leather, rubber, plastic, power or heated seat parts, paint, glass, squeaks & rattles, noisy lifters, wheel alignment & balancing, radio, window or door lock motors, hub caps, wheels, axel boots, u-joints, color fading, batteries, wiper blades, electrical wires due to corrosion (example- exposed tail light wires), power sliding doors on vans, anything due to neglect of service, accidents, Towing, weather, maintenance, or fraud! Deductible: $100.00 per claim and South Dakota sales tax. Termination of warranty: Any fraudulent claims, exceed 5 years or 100,000 miles, warranty is non transferable or refundable. Rental vehicle: A loaner vehicle will be supplied while claim is being fixed, but must be picked up and returned to Berkley Motors. How to turn in a claim? 1. Call Brett at (605) 665-3334 ( all claims will be fixed at a approved site by Brett and delivered by customer if possible) 2. All claims and amounts must be approved by Brett before work is started! 3. Broken parts maybe replaced with used parts if needed, used parts will have less miles on them then the vehicle they are being put on. |
